2NE1 Park Bom’s solo single release recently has been sweeping up the #1 positions on various music charts.
The song ‘You And I’ were revealed on 28th October, the first solo hit for Park Bom after her debut. After the song reveal, the responses by music fans are overwhelming. By 31st October, the song is already up #1 on Cyworld, Bugs, Mnet, Soribada, Dosirak and Melon charts.
With that, a YG Entertainment representative revealed, “Initially we have no plans for Park Bom to go on any music shows to promote the song. But with fans’ heated interests for it, we are currently discussing if she will perform the song on broadcast show.”
The song is written by YG Ent producer Teddy who also produced many previous hits like ‘Lollipop’, ‘I Don’t Care’, ‘KISS’.
The song ‘You And I’ will be included in 2NE1 upcoming first full length album.

The song is currently doing very strong up on various music charts, proving to be a hit song. It went up to #1 position on online music charts (Melon, Dosirak, Bugs, Cyworld etc) in just 2 days into release.
It would normally take top idol groups about 3 days for their new song to go up to the #1 spot but it seems Park Bom’s solo single this time went up faster and more furious on music charts, proving remarkable results.
Park Bom is known for her unique vocals, ideal for R&B songs, which is hard to find amongst female singers in Korea.

Rookie boyband MBLAQ member Thunder will be performing on the same stage with his elder sister 2NE1 Sandara Park.
Coming 31st October at 7pm in Seoul Olympic Stadium, the 2 will perform together for ‘SuperStar Power Of Love’ concert.
The group MBLAQ has been the topic amongst netizens even before their debut with member Thunder being the younger brother to 2NE1 Sandara Park. The group debuted back in early October, it was a shame that they did not get to perform with 2NE1 on one stage.
But for ‘SuperStar Power Of Love’, the siblings will be performing together. Thunder said, “That day, we will be performing on stage together for the first time. I’m very excited.”
Meanwhile, Thunder also revealed that Sandara Park would send him messages like ‘Where are you’ often, to check on him. She would also help monitor his performances.

YG Entertainment Yang Hyunseok has revealed future plans for group 2NE1.
He said in an interview on 23rd October, “We have plans initially for them to release a full-length album coming November after they end promotions for their 1st minialbum with the title song ‘I Don’t Care’ in September.”
But it seems that fan may not be able to see the album release within this year, go under the cut to read more.
“But with the love that fans have shown for their hits ‘Fire’ and ‘I Don’t Care’ since their debut in May, this first full length album holds great meaning to them, hence much more effort and passion was put into it.” he emphasized.
He continued, “For the high quality of this first full length album, we want to work until all the songs can be title songs. With that, we cannot confirm now when exactly 2NE1’s first full length album will come out, according to the situation there may also be a possibility that the album will not come out this year.”

Yang Hyunsuk has opened his mouth about 2NE1’s future plans.
Yang Hyunsuk mentioned to Money Today Star News on the 23rd that, “In September, 2NE1 was planning on releasing their first full-length album in November after they finished their promotional activities for their first mini album.”
Continuing on he said, “But 2NE1’s debut single ‘Fire’ in May and ‘I Don’t Care’ both received massive amounts of love to an extent that we did not expect. So, we’re going to repay by putting in more effort and passion into their first mini album.”
